1. Products & Description
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and scent descriptions may vary slightly due to screen settings or individual perception. All products are handmade, and natural variations may occur.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once full payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other available checkout options.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. During busier periods, please allow extra time.Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but we will always do our best to support you.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used wax melts.If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days at chelly@thewaxmeltcompany.co.uk. We’ll do our best to resolve it swiftly.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
Our products contain fragrance oils. While we use high-quality, vegan ingredients, please check product details for potential allergens. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
6. Use of Products
Wax melts and warmers should always be used under adult supervision, kept away from children and pets, and placed on a heat-resistant surface. Never leave your wax burner unattended while in use.
